- Click on Tools, Internet Options
- On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button.
- Click on OK
- Click on OK

- Click on Tools, Internet Options
- On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click on Delete.
- A Delete Browsing History window will appear. Click on Delete Files.
- Click Yes.
- Click Close.
- Click on OK.

- Click on Safety, Delete Browsing History.
- Uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data"
- Check "Temporary Internet Files", "Cookies" and "History"
- Click on Delete.
